This sweet cabin is situated near Honfleur, France, and serves as a perfect weekend retreat for the city folks. The exterior isn’t too ambitious but I love it anyway. It is embeded in a meadow and offers amazing views. The floors are covered by black rubber creating a big contrast between the interior and the surrounding unkempt landscape. The instalations are all in the center of the house meaning the rest of the ‘rooms’ evolve around it - the kitchen is on the one side of the stairs and the WC/ bathroom area on the other. The informal floorplan makes this small, 12mx4m space look airy and relaxed. Smart thinking on the bedrooms too. Ah ze French, so romantique. Btw, I’m le sick and can’t type that much. If you can’t deal with it, I can caugh in your face.
